Mission and values

Our mission

It is the mission of Yeomans to provide comprehensive marketing, creative and fundraising services to the UK charity and not-for-profit sectors. Our organisation is not interested in simply producing a service for our clients. We believe in creating a long-term relationship with them so that delivery of their message becomes a seamless, thought provoking experience that engenders action. Yeomans understand that charities have special requirements in delivering their information and messages to the public to create inspiration for them to act on these messages.

As an organisation, we are committed to excellence in all our products and services and we aim to meet and exceed customer expectations by adding value in the most cost-effective manner, whilst maintaining adequate returns to stakeholders and doing this in an ethical and sustainable way.

Our values

Yeomans is an organisation founded and managed on Christian values and vision. We see our business as a mission, reflected not only in the organisations we work with but also in the relationships we have with our suppliers, staff and the communities in which we operate.

We place the needs of our customers first as we believe that if we’ve served them well, our business objectives and continuity will be satisfied and we remain committed to delivering business and service excellence at all times.
